"The room was clean but the hallway looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in weeks. Our window didn't close all the way and there was a horrible dust storm, so lots of dust got in. The shower hose exploded on my daughter and made a huge mess but they had no extra towels so we were left with no working shower in the room and large puddles of water we were unable to clean up. The desk attendant offered for us to be able to use a shower in another room that was not able to be rented out due to issues....
"I only stayed because it was the last place available in town. The door didnt work to my non-smoking room, so they switched me to a smoking room (with no compensation). The smell was abysmal, the walls were covered in black marks, the bathtub and shower walls were filthy and nicotine stains on the ceiling threatened to drip on me while laying in bed. Side note: this place was more expensive than the Comfort Inn and Hampton Inn, on peak days. I brushed my teeth in my car because my stomach...
"We didn't even stay there, when we arrived and before even walking in the grounds were dirty and so was the entrance door, I walked in and wasn't pleased at all, unfortunately I won't reserve a room there again."
